By registering for training sessions, accessing our website, or engaging with our martial arts coaching services provided by Quroki, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Quroki offers professional martial arts training and coaching services, including but not limited to:

• Individual and group training sessions in various Eastern martial arts disciplines
• Personalized coaching programs tailored to individual skill levels
• Online training consultations and video analysis
• Technique workshops and seminars
• Fitness and conditioning programs specific to martial arts

3. Registration and Account

To access certain services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

1. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
2. Maintain and promptly update your account information
3. Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
4. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
5. Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Health and Safety

Participation in martial arts training involves physical activity and inherent risks. By engaging in our services, you:

• Confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• Agree to consult with a physician before beginning any training program
• Acknowledge that martial arts training may result in injury, and you assume all risks
• Agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our trainers
• Will immediately inform trainers of any injuries, discomfort, or health concerns during training

5. Payment Terms

All fees for training services must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Our payment terms include:

• Payment is due prior to or at the beginning of each training session or program period
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Late payments may result in suspension of services
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our cancellation policy

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations:

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee. Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Trainer Cancellations:

In the event that Quroki must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund for that particular session.

7. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Treat all trainers, staff, and fellow participants with respect and courtesy
• Arrive on time for scheduled sessions
• Wear appropriate training attire and protective equipment as required
• Maintain proper hygiene standards
• Refrain from aggressive or inappropriate behavior outside of supervised training
• Follow all facility rules and regulations

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including training materials, videos, techniques, methodologies, and website content, is the intellectual property of Quroki. You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any training materials without written permission
• Record training sessions without explicit consent
• Share proprietary training techniques or programs with third parties
• Use our brand name, logo, or materials for unauthorized purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quroki, its trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Any injuries sustained during training sessions
• Any errors or omissions in training content or advice
• Unauthorized access to your personal information
• Any other matter relating to our services

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during registration and service delivery will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We collect and use your information solely for providing services, improving our offerings, and communicating with you about your training.

11. Modifications to Terms

Quroki reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and any outstanding fees will remain due.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
