You can either bring your system to our London workshop or send it via courier. We typically complete upgrades within 2-3 working days, including testing to verify stability with the new components.

We offer air cooling with tower coolers from manufacturers like Noctua and be quiet!, all-in-one liquid coolers in sizes from 240mm to 360mm, and custom water cooling loops for enthusiasts seeking maximum performance and aesthetics.

Choice depends on your processor, case size, noise preferences, and budget. Air coolers provide reliable performance at lower cost, while liquid cooling offers better thermal performance and quieter operation, particularly beneficial for overclocked systems or compact cases with limited airflow.

Windows 11 installation is available as an optional extra. We install the latest version, activate it with a genuine licence, and update all drivers and system software. The cost includes the Windows licence and installation service.

If you prefer to install your own operating system or already have a licence, we can deliver the system without an OS. We also support Linux installations for customers who request specific distributions.

We check stock availability before confirming your order. If a component becomes unavailable after confirmation, we contact you immediately with alternatives. Options include waiting for restock (with estimated dates), selecting an equivalent component from another manufacturer, or upgrading to a better part at the original price if available.

We never substitute components without your approval. You can choose to wait, modify your order, or cancel for a full refund if suitable alternatives aren't available.

Collection is available from our London workshop at 15 Colebrooke Row, N1 8PR. We recommend this option as it saves delivery costs and allows you to see your system before taking it home. Our team can demonstrate the build and answer any questions during collection.

Please arrange collection during business hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00. We advise bringing suitable transport as gaming PCs can be heavy and require careful handling.

We use specialist couriers experienced in handling computer equipment. Standard delivery to UK mainland addresses takes 2-3 working days and includes full insurance. Next-day delivery is available for an additional fee.

Systems are packaged with anti-static materials, foam inserts, and reinforced boxes. Heavy components like graphics cards are secured or removed for transport and reinstalled upon arrival if you select our premium delivery service, which includes technician setup at your location.

You have 14 days from delivery to return a system for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The PC must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the system is faulty.

For faulty systems, we cover return shipping and offer repair, replacement, or refund. Most issues are resolved remotely through our support team, but we arrange collection if hardware problems require workshop attention.
